Tramjazz

Tramjazz is an initiative curated by Nunzia Fiorini, for the BRECCE structure for contemporary art, in collaboration with ATAC.

An evening of entertainment that together offers a jazz concert, a candlelit dinner and a night tour in the center of Rome on board a historic tram.

The ingredients of Tramjazz are all high-level: Rome, the exquisite food, the originality and quality of both the musical proposals than the musicians.

We meet on the quay, near the checkers’ casottino. The tram arrives, a 1947 Stanga car from the Atac Historical Collection. The tables set and the lighted candles can be seen from the windows. The band, placed in the revolving carousel at the center of the car, begins to mention a first musical theme, while the spectators enjoy a flûte of dry Lazio sparkling wine on the quay.
